Designed for individuals with diverse neurological profiles, such as Dyslexia, ADHD, Dysgraphia, Auditory Processing Disorder, Dyscalculia, and Autism Spectrum Disorder who have some open source or development experience, the Fellowship provides for a 12-month paid position to contribute to at least one open source product in a supportive environment that celebrates their unique strengths, while enriching the workforce with fresh creativity and unique insights. Applications for the first cohort of five fellows will open in Spring 2025. Application deadline: May 1, 2025.

Program understanding*
I understand that the entire program—recruitment events, training sessions, online courses, and the apprenticeship—is free. I also acknowledge that if selected, I will receive a wage of $17 per hour along with the necessary tools and support.
